Project-ATI
Project: Access to information

Project leader: Ingrid Hochheim

Overview: Better access to relevant or actionable information lies at the heart of improved diagnostics and clinical decision making. Access to information will also empower better informed citizens to make correct judgements in managing their health choices.

This project explores the techniques and applications surrounding innovations such as the semantic web, the advanced information architectures and standards necessary to enable them in the healthcare environment, and the tools which will help participants make sense of the information resources now accessible to them.
